Ingredients
- 175g porridge oats
- 50g wholemeal flour
- 50g coconut oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 beaten egg (or use 1 tbsp flaxseed to 3 tbsp water)
- 1 small ripened banana (if you don’t like bananas leave this out)
- 50g raisins (or any dried fruit)
- 2 drops vanilla extract
Instructions
- Heat oven to 80 degrees
- Line baking tray with parchment paper
- Add all dry ingredients to bowl and mix
- Melt coconut oil and add all wet ingredients to bowl and mix
- Flatten into baking tray with back of spoon (I use potato masher)
- Bake for 25 mins
- Cool and cut into squares
