Ingredients

  • 175g porridge oats
  • 50g wholemeal flour
  • 50g coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp honey 
  • 1 beaten egg (or use 1 tbsp flaxseed to 3 tbsp water)
  • 1 small ripened banana (if you don’t like bananas leave this out)
  • 50g raisins (or any dried fruit)
  • 2 drops vanilla extract 

 Instructions

  • Heat oven to 80 degrees
  • Line baking tray with parchment paper
  • Add all dry ingredients to bowl and mix 
  • Melt coconut oil and add all wet ingredients to bowl and mix
  • Flatten into baking tray with back of spoon (I use potato masher) 
  • Bake for 25 mins
  • Cool and cut into squares
