Homemade Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • ½ cup chopped nuts
  • ¼ cup seeds
  • ¼ cup dried fruit
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil (or use less and add water)
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl
  • Spread in a baking tray lines with parchment paper and bake for 10 mins until lightly toasted
  • Keep in an airtight container – it will last up to 2 weeks
  • Sprinkle it on some natural yogurt and add some fresh fruit and flax seeds. A great start to your day.
