Homemade Granola
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- ½ cup chopped nuts
- ¼ cup seeds
- ¼ cup dried fruit
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil (or use less and add water)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Combine ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Spread in a baking tray lines with parchment paper and bake for 10 mins until lightly toasted
- Keep in an airtight container – it will last up to 2 weeks
- Sprinkle it on some natural yogurt and add some fresh fruit and flax seeds. A great start to your day.
