Some lunch ideas
Wholemeal pitta with:
- Tuna and salad
- Avocado and salad (I add nut and seeds for some crunch!)
- Hummus and salad
- Chicken and salad (I always cook a chicken on Sunday for lunches during the week)
Omlettes : ( Get creative)
- Salmon, turkey, bacon or chicken
- Mushrooms and tomatoes, onions
- Basil, cinnamon
