Some lunch ideas 

Wholemeal pitta with:

  • Tuna and salad
  • Avocado and salad (I add nut and seeds for some crunch!)
  • Hummus and salad
  • Chicken and salad (I always cook a chicken on Sunday for lunches during the week)

Omlettes : ( Get creative) 

  • Salmon, turkey, bacon or chicken
  • Mushrooms and tomatoes, onions
  • Basil, cinnamon
