Porridge
Ingredients
• 30g Porridge Oats
• 150mls Water or Milk (dairy or non-dairy or water) or a combination
• Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Throw all the ingredients into a saucepan. Heat and stir until boiling, then lower the heat and simmer gently for 5 minutes, stirring often. Serve with some fresh fruit ( I love blueberries and raspberries). Add some ground flax seeds for additional fibre and omega 3.
