Berry & Banana Smoothie:

• 1 banana
• ½ cup strawberries
• ½ cup blueberries
• ½ cup raspberries
• 1 apple, cored and sliced
• 1 cup almond milk

Banana & Oat Smoothie

• 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
• 1 banana, cut into thirds
• 1/2 cup almond milk
• 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Strawberry & Banana Smoothie:

• ½ cup strawberries
• 1 banana
• 1 cup raw spinach
• ½ cup almond milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Berry Green Smoothie:

• ½ cup strawberries
• ½ cup blueberries
• ¼ cup raspberries
• 2 cups spinach
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup ice

Green Monster Smoothie

• 1 cucumber
• 1 head of celery
• A handful of spinach, kale or green cabbage
• 2 apples
• Juice of 1 lime
• Small piece of fresh ginger

Detox Smoothie

• 1 medium uncooked beetroot
• 4 carrots
• ½ a cucumber or ½ a pak choi
• 2 apples Juice
• ½ a lime
• A thumb-sized piece of fresh ginger
