Healthy Snack Options

You can still enjoy your food while maintaining your weight and feeling trim!


Berries are best. Enjoy some berries with a mix of natural yogurt, nuts and seeds. (if you eat proteins and fats with your carbs it will slow down the release of sugar)

Nuts, seeds and dried fruit

I always have a mix of a few almonds, walnuts, goji berries and pumpkin seeds in my bag to snack on if feeling peckish

Sliced fruit with some nut butter

My personal favourite is a pink lady apple with some crunchy cashew butter

Rough Nairn’s oatcakes or rice cakes with some nut butter or hummus
