Hummus
I generally use carrots, cucumber, celery or peppers. My favourite is the happy pear beet hummus. Or make your own:
- 400g canned rinsed chickpeas
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika (I used smoked paprika sometimes)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp water (add more if too thick)
- 1 tbsp tahini (sesame seed paste)
Wizz it all together in the blender/nutribullet.
